Refund policy



Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us through the website or at hoopdreamco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use
  • items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
