HoopDream™ Essential Over-The-Door Mini Hoop Set

My kids really like this one. It’s been holding up really well, and with 2 kids, that’s saying a lot, because most mini hoops are junk within a few weeks. Liked it so much we bought a 2nd one.

Got it as a birthday gift and was an instant hit with my nephew. So, we ended up getting more for gifts. It comes with 3 balls that are perfect size for toddles or young boys. It is heavy and will be a good wall mount. Since my nephews are both 5, their parents only hung it lower to get them used to playing with it. But highly recommend.

This hoop overall works. The unfortunate things about it include: you have to “play a game”. There’s no mode where it just counts your shots. Each mode 1 player 60 seconds, mode 2 2 players each 60 seconds, mode 3 30 seconds. After each mode it doesn’t keep counting baskets… kind of a bummer if you are practicing and don’t need to have reset a game every time which you have to do with the remote. For this reason of functionality I have it 3 stars. Also the pads aren’t big enough to reach the door with the hangers so it bangs (see our green foam). Colors are cool and the adjustable height is nice.
